Perfect price point for our small IT…

Perfect price point for our small IT team.We only use the Remote piece to the platform but found the features to be rich and well constructed. More granular controls from other providers of the same software. Easy to manage in a corporate environment.

A remote support tool that does its job extremely well.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Deploying it is super easy. It comes with a lot of good features such as the reboot-and-connect-to-safe-mode, shared toolbox, drag-and-drop file transfers, and screen recording. It's nice having these useful features since they're something that's being frequently used. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Making and effectively managing groups of clients could use further streamlining. It would've been nice if we ...

Automate/LabTech

ScreenConnect works well. (5 stars ConnectWise has a few products. Manage works well after a fair amount of setup and some paid support time. I'd give it 4 stars.LabTech (Automate would get one star. I had multiple tickets open for over 3 months that were never resolved. Eventually I had to leave the platform and go to another RMM because they thought they were months away from a fix and I had clients that had to have their systems patched and needed the reports to prove the work was done.

Better and cheaper than most options

What do you like best? Its cheap and the greatest feature is the little how to window that pops up for the client. With this how to it saves me form explaining every time to click run then open.If you compare prices for cwc vs bomgar or logme in it comes out cheaper. The software also records your session so you can review it later. What do you dislike? The software loves to map my printers which is very annoying for the client.
