I've used just about every remote…

I've used just about every remote control solution out there and I believe this one to be the best. As someone who has to remotely administer 20 remote hosts scattered across the country, ConnectWise Control lets me do everything I need and the level of service customization is unmatched as far as I can tell.

Service is good but getting help is Not

They are stupid people

They are stupid people. They close the account without any warning & on basis of a single complaint when they can see that there are more than 1000 computers that are being provided support through their remote support software.

Connectwise Screenconnect is fast and…

Connectwise Screenconnect is fast and simple. Cloud based servers, easy to install client, and flawless operation. The unattended endpoint capability is a great feature for remote management. The display of elevated login dialogue is an absolute must for remote assistance. The auto-reconnect to your session after you reboot a remote pc is a nice plus. Great for SMB's to manage remote or onsite users.

Connectwise control is an excellent product for remote managing computers/servers. Recommended due to its power of management and ease to deploy and guide users to connect.

Good solution

Good solution, but very poor method to organize the computers that i have in the list. I create a group, add a note to the computers to make sure they show up in that grouping. After a period of a month or so, the note disappears and the grouping no longer works. Since this happens so often, I stick to the All Group.. I don't bother organizing things anymore, but the product works great.

An excellent product. Definitely recommended.

I previously used a competitor product who had increased their price by over 20% for each of the last 2 years. I am a sole trader who provides support to local home and small business users, and one company who started locally in the UK but also operate out of Texas - I use remote access software to support them.
