Good customer support, limited support for proxy servers
Customer support has been prompt, although the product does not work with systems on the Cloud Account administrator side that access the web through a proxy server. To clarify, end user system have a place to enter proxy credentials, but the outgoing connections software does not.

I love ConnectWise
I love ConnectWise. We are a very small company and they had the best deal for something that we only use once or twice a month. But even with the small amount of time that we use it, their program is so straight forward and intuitive, that I am never struggling to re-learn everything when I do use it. Their support staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and capable.

Excellent Software
We use the complete ConnectWise suite and are very happy with it. It takes some time to get it tailored for your business, but it is very powerful. It appears that this review is more geared toward ConnectWise Control. We have tried nearly all of the other remote access programs and this one is by far the best in our opinion. I have not purchased anything!
I have not purchased anything!The keep marketing to me, even thought i have unsubscribed. I have emailed, talked to them, to remove me from all communication! But still the carry on!!Dont use this company, unless you have a lot of space in your mailbox.

Great software!!
Great software, easy to set up, and by far the best at this price range. I have used others and have never been as happy as I am with ConnectWise. I look forward to all the new features they are yet to bring. The software is clean, constantly updated and accessible from all my devices. I use the unattended access for over 60 computers and it has been a real lifesaver.

The ConnectWise application has worked…
The ConnectWise application has worked very well for our company. We have many remote employees and the ConnectWise application helps me to remotely diagnose issues and install sotware.

I swapped to ConnectWise Control when…
I swapped to ConnectWise Control when Logmein pricing went over the top.It works well, very small installer. My main criticism would be when accessing computers with multiple screens, it's a shame there are no hot-swap or shortcut keys to toggle the monitors on the remote computer, or that there's no transparent overlay of the monitor number, so it's a bit fiddly.
