Best bang for the buck when it comes to remote access
What do you like best? ScreenConnect is a full featured remote access program that allows me to get in touch with my clients quickly and easily with little hassle, whether it's using a remote access code on my website or by downloading an executable. It has all the features I need to get the job done - most notably file transfer between me and the client, plus reboot in safe mode while staying connected. What do you dislike? It's better using ConnectWise.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? You'll have everything you want in this robust remote connection tool along with the other stuff that techies like. For instance, being able to control unattended PCs remotely and among other things. I can also host sessions with customers while keeping it within the HIPAA guidelines. The most comprehensive remote desktop support software for IT professionals.
What do you like best? Self-hosted Service, constantly providing updates and revisions to latest version. Competitive with other market vendors. Also, the fact that I can white label the product is very valuable. I enjoy the self hosted license, it gives me the luxury to host it in the cloud, on prem, or and location I please. A remote support tool that does its job extremely well.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Deploying it is super easy. It comes with a lot of good features such as the reboot-and-connect-to-safe-mode, shared toolbox, drag-and-drop file transfers, and screen recording. It's nice having these useful features since they're something that's being frequently used. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I think it's a great product. Needs to be expanded and fine-tuned more.
I think it's a great product, but development needs to spend some time with their interaction with Macs (slow and screen refreshes can be an issue, and the Chrome App to remote other computers is lacking details and quality issues. Lastly, I spoke with someone 3 years ago about the ability to remote control Chromebooks, they said it was being worked on, but still nothing. ConnectWise mentioned in their reply that Chromebooks were available. Are they talking the ability to be controlled, or ...

Powerful Remote Support Tool
Very deep, powerful remote support tool. Many options if you need them, but defaults are fine for most users. Robust remote connections that recover from network losses. I have recommended the "access only" package to a few of my customers that were using GotoMyPC with great success.
