Robust with functions that are each useful

PROS: Connectwise boasts of multiple functions that are extremely useful to the current needs of IT businesses, from running scripts to automation. CONS: The interface gives the vibe that it is outdated but that's of course not a major issue.

What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? I like the functionality of the scripts. We are able to have systems reboot over night, push through windows updates and send us monitoring alerts.
