Confluence for Internal Resource Organization
What do you like best? The organization it offers for teams and departments within a big company. It's dynamic and you can include links, files, images, etc. for easy access. The ability to move away from Google Doc is massive. I like the tagging and search features as well. I also appreciate the ability to follow certain pages of interest and get email notifications about that. It's great for internal resources, projects, manuals, etc. that need to be collaborative (which is essential in ...

And enjoyable confluence experience
What do you like best? User friendly, decent layout, and multifunctional platform for end users. What do you dislike? The "notify watchers" checkbox seems to be be checked as default, but I do not want multiple emails sent out if I plan on making small changes. Very hard to organize information and key word search needs work
What do you like best? That it allows you to add links and can host large files What do you dislike? The key search tool is just too broad and makes it very hard to locate information quickly. If you don't know how information is categorized good luck finding it! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Attempted to use this as a knowledge share space, ultimately this did not solve our issue but that may be more user error rather than ...

What do you like best? We use confluence to house lots of technical documentation for implementations, business processes etc. I like that it is in a blog form so that any type of info and attachments can be used. I also like that it's clean and relatively easy to navigate. What do you dislike? Because it can house so much information, it's sometimes really daunting to navigate and i depend on bookmarked direct links to get to the content that i need. I feel like the search function ...

Confluence has been a great adddition
What do you like best? How you can collaborate with so many teams / projects across the company in one place. Also the different templates, etc. that can be built within to keep consistency is amazing. What do you dislike? Sometimes I will get too deep into Confluence and not sure how I ended up there - so it can get confusing at times, but once you become more familiar it gets better. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project ...

Very nice to have
What do you like best? Easy sharing of documentation with other users, also integrate well with other tools like email or Jira. What do you dislike? You can't abbreviate word in Quick Search field. If you don't write full word you will get nothing in search results. This is really irritating. Recommendations to others considering the product Easy to use. Great place for all your documentation. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...
