Very hard to organize information and key word search needs work

What do you like best? That it allows you to add links and can host large files What do you dislike? The key search tool is just too broad and makes it very hard to locate information quickly. Sometimes I will get too deep into Confluence and not sure how I ended up there - so it can get confusing at times, but once you become more familiar it gets better. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project ...
