The Wiki all in one stop
What do you like best? I like the purpose of having a wiki as a playbook for many things in the company. Love the editing part, as posts can be edited in so many ways that fit different needs in the company. What do you dislike? The search option. It is hard to find the things you are actually looking for. Many times you have to stumble across the search option and it could be more user-friendly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Confluence ist my Braindump
What do you like best? Fast documentation and the social functions we use every day. We use it for technical documentation and projects as project space. Simple to transfer the project documentation later to the technical space. The search is very fast. What do you dislike? Manage tables in confluence is terrible. We got many tables in excel files and wan´t to copy them to confluence. But this ist not easy and many manual efford is needed to bring the table to a readable format. ...

This is great and useful tool for easy collaboration
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Confluence is great for beginners, with its templates I can easily create pages. This tool is easy to use, it allows you to create pages and to organize them into spaces, and it provides permissions policy for the content. There is wonderful integration with JIRA and Hipchat as well. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Sometimes it can be difficult to create projects from scratch. Also, some features are not ...

Structure and Organization
What do you like best? I enjoy the flow and format of the confluence system. It is easy to structure and customize to meet the needs and the site locations allow for quick categorization between teams. I also like the ability to follow or watch pages to keep up to date and informed. What do you dislike? There is not much ability to manage projects effectively from an analytical perspective. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Small business using confluence
What do you like best? I found it very helpful to share documents related to our clients and the stage at which each is progressing. This allowed multiple people to check in quickly, without the need for multiple emails about the stage we were currently at. What do you dislike? Notifications were a little too frequent, especially when many clients had alterations made, this problem was solved easily enough. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Confluence review for growing start-up
What do you like best? It's intuitive and user-friendly. I've had no issues that have come up while using it. What do you dislike? The pages could be color coded or color blocked so that the words don't all mesh together. Because I'm a user and not a admin, I shouldn't have access to edit any page. Recommendations to others considering the product This is a no bells and whistles kind of collaboration platform. It's easy to read and simple to use. My company uses it for housing best ...

Confluence: a true collaborative system for teams
What do you like best? Its a place for transparency across teams within an organization. I love that you can input release notes, one sheets about features, and everything you need to know about a feature / product within one spot. I also like that it tracks the last updates. We were using word docs/ google docs before and this is so much easier / more effective for our teams. What do you dislike? Sometimes I get a bit lost within the software, but as you use it more it becomes more of ...
