Good for internal wikis, but not much else
What do you like best? Confluence is strong for keeping our team in sync with internal process docs that can be referred to and refreshed when needed. Collaboration is made easy with easy real-time editing, and it is also very simple to search and find and previous docs. What do you dislike? It's difficult to visually display more than just plain-text, including any necessary graphs / charts. For this reason, it's hard to customize your internal docs with visuals that would better ...

Powerful but not always intuitive
What do you like best? Like the ability to enter free form text; like the simple formatting tools. Easy to share comments with other team members, which is good for collaboration. What do you dislike? Formatting is horrible. Especially tables and bulleted lists that are nested. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s the best tool we’ve found for collaboration among many team members. Inline commenting feature is also helpful.
