Very outdated and clunky.
What do you like best? Ability to store information between departments. Supposed to help you update from team to team and also share info across teams. What do you dislike? Not very ease to search. Very cumbersome to add links and very easy to mess up a page. I think it would be a lot easier to go ahead and build out an intranet page and use html. Recommendations to others considering the product Just create an intranet page rather than using this.... What business problems are ...

It's okay
What do you like best? I'm not a huge fan of Confluence. It's convenient that all our teams use it so it holds a lot of team and product information. What do you dislike? It's hard to navigate and it's not very nice to look at either. Every time I try to search for something, I can't quite find what I'm looking for. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's where we hold a lot of our product documentation as well as team info.
