What do you like best? I like how user friendly the interface is. What do you dislike? Confluence was an easy way to document our work

What do you like best? The editor is simple, and I don't have to know weird markup like a WIKI. It was easy to create content for people to access. What do you dislike? So far haven't had any complaints. What do you like best? I love that it's easy to navigate within the tool and categorize documents by topic. What do you dislike? Sometimes editing the docs gets a little finicky. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We house all of our internal resources on Confluence. So anytime someone needs to learn more about a process, we go straight to Confluence to look up information!

Excellent app for documentation

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My favorite part about Confluence are the templates, especially Product Requirements. The system allows you to create and customize your own templates if you wish. Plus, the app integrates easily with JIRA which is another plus point. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? It is a simple tool and extremely easy to use. What do you dislike? Confluence can be a bit confusing when you begin to use it.
