Confluence is easy to use but could use some improvements

What do you like best? Easy user interface; easy to edit and update fields, add content, etc. What do you dislike? Unless you have Confluence linked to your email, notifications are non-existent when someone updates a field or adds new content. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lab workflow.

Searching and querying is not always consistent and problematic when identifying reported issues. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great Reference!

What do you like best? I like how Confluence is used to be a reference amongst the company. I also like the different macros you can use to customize the pages. What do you dislike? It seems a little outdated and editing could be more user-friendly. Recommendations to others considering the product Very helpful! What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Easy Collaboration with entire team and a great space to ask questions and receive advice What do you dislike? Not the most intuitive to search, but this could be the way my company has structured it What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Confluence allows for multiple “sites” to be nested under one organization making it easy to organize knowledge.

This is a great tool to communicate with many people across many topics, but can be over-complicated

What do you like best? I like that information can be divided by topic/department/project to keep it organized. I like that calendars and documents can be embedded and that comments can be added to any page. I also like that you can only follow the pages that pertain to you with alerts. What do you dislike? Atlassian is really building mature products that stand out.

What do you like best? Having used confluence for years, I have come to appreciate its mature toolbox of collaboration and content feature set. It's a good alternative to SharePoint or a stripped down wiki. What do you dislike? Workflow options are limited, and not enough integration with jira What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Content that intranet platforms would typically handle, documentation, training, and project brainstorming.
