Not user friendly or intuitive
What do you like best? There really isn't anything I like about this product. What do you dislike? It's not user-friendly (from a content management and end-user standpoint or intuitive. The tutorials offered by Confluence are hard to read/not helpful. It's hard to know whether what I am reading is for the Cloud-based version or not. Plug-ins are expensive. Knowledge Base Powered by Jira
What do you like best? This has so much power behind it with the JIRA platform. Being able to link different articles to tasks in your JIRA projects has been extremely useful. Also the ability to link articles to helpdesk tickets has provides our users with the ability to self-help rather than having to reach out to support. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how it is organized piece of data for all teams and I like how each section can be given permissions. What do you dislike? Confluence for Collaboration
What do you like best? I love that we can all share documents and communicate easily. What do you dislike? There is a learning curve., but once you get the hang of building it can be a very useful tool. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to provide documentation to one another in a clear and predictable manner which is easy to use.
