Like the document versioning, collaborations from the team as it allows us to input inline comments, details and other details for our projects with compromising version controls. Documenting but not collaborating

What do you like best? Confluence is for documenting information and sharing it with others. It's more for information that isn't constantly changing. What do you dislike? It is not for collaborating with multiple users and can sometimes be confusing on how it sorts files. I also dislike the formatting options and feel it is limiting. Very Easy to learn to use

What do you like best? The software is very easy to learn to use making it ideal for companies with employees who may not be computer savvy. What do you dislike? The software is not used as often at my job as i would like. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
