Great for technical group collab who needs seamless linkage to JIRA
What do you like best? Love the fact that it could be seamlessly linked to Confluence page. If you need to draw diagram a lot or write a lot of codes with a team member, this is the tool for you. What do you dislike? The interface is not too intuitive and their UI/UX design could be improved. Doesn't support a lot of marketing needs such as presentation. Two users couldn't edit the page simultaneously, would crash the content. Recommendations to others considering the product ...

Easy to use, no complaints
What do you like best? That it keeps all of our company info in a way that is organized / easy to use & the collaboration tools What do you dislike? There is now a lot of info that we have on confluence... not necessarily the tools fault though, but perhaps there should be something on it to help ensure that docs get updated every so often? I don't particularly love the interface either Recommendations to others considering the product It's pretty helpful to keep companies ...

Great tool for performing collaboration
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can easily add, change and remove pages within the system and to share with others or to set everything private. The design is modern and intuitive. I’m able to assign tasks for my clients, to setup meeting notes and takeaway action items. The version control of files is extremely easy and several people can edit same file at the same time. What aspects are problematic or could work better? In my experience, it’s not always ...

Confluence across multiteams at a global start up
What do you like best? Confluence allows us to view tracked changes from different projects. This is great when two teams are collaborating. What do you dislike? It doesn’t feel too robust to me. There’s no way to track progress, it feels more of a way to just check notes across teams. Recommendations to others considering the product Keep it simple. We also use Jira which is effective when tracking dev tickets. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Easy to use for scheduling and documentation
What do you like best? I like how it can be formatted to include tables, files, and other attachments that can be easily accessible to others What do you dislike? I dislike how the pages are hard to find especially when there’s a lot to sift through. There should be an easier search feature to get a better picture of the search results What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Confluence lets the company have all its information in an ...

Good software for capturing requirements
What do you like best? Integration with JIRA for managing development requirements. What do you dislike? Documents feel static, hard to collaborate and find old documents. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping all of the engineering written requirements in one place, if they are using JIRA as well. It becomes difficult to use Confluence if you are using a different backlog tool, but if you are using JIRA, Confluence works well.
