Highly recommend Confluence
What do you like best? I like the ease of adding content and organizing pages in a hierarchy. Creating PDF versions of content is also very easy. What do you dislike? I struggle to find what I am looking for at times. I think the search isn't as smart as it could be. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Confluence is basically a private library / site for your team. You can post plans, event details, etc. for everyone to easily see What do you dislike? You can't get horribly complex for working docs (like you could in Google Docs, but you can post important information. Confluence isn't the end-all-be-all of collaboration tools, but it is useful. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With Confluence it is very easy and fast to create new articles from scratch or from template, organise them and search for a particular content. What do you like best? I like how simple you can make a page. Used most foe SoP's. What do you dislike? Not much really. I bet if we had more adoption we can get others more using it. Best Wiki I've ever used
What do you like best? Of course it is easy to use but it also has features beyond what I'd expect in a mere Wiki. What do you dislike?
