A good tool for managing content

What do you like best? Our team used this tool as a one stop for all the contents related to the customers product. We could easily modify the content of this repository for knowledge sharing purposes and as and when there was an update on pages, everyone were notified. Great tool

What do you like best? Really useful for interdepartmental collaboration and general company knowledge. What do you dislike? Interface and editing tools can feel somewhat clunky. Would be better if there were easier ways to edit documents. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating documentation that can be used as training tools. Good place to do knowledge transfers when someone leaves the company.

Nice site for storing documentation

What do you like best? The ease to write the documents and formatting them, also the included diagramming tools. What do you dislike? I'm not sure if it's a known bug, but when applying the preformatted tag to some part, it removes the whole page formatting What business problems are you solving with the product?
