Easy to for collaboration within your center/other agents
What do you like best? We use it with a lot of our offsite agents so that we can all work on the same projects and can all counsel around the same topics. If your using JIRA, you NEED confluence!
What do you like best? I love collaboration across teams & hoe it integrates seamlessly with JIRA. It truly enhances the benefits & both tools compliment each other. What do you dislike? Helpful documentation for any team.
What do you like best? The part I actually like best is the way the pages can be indexed and how you can link to each other. Folders in google drive and dropbox can get a little unwieldy especially if you're trying to reference one document with another. What do you dislike? Wiki for teams and/or organizations
What do you like best? The ability to maintain different spaces What do you dislike? It is very expensive, a free alternative is MediaWiki which is actually the software behind wikipedia.
