Easy to for collaboration within your center/other agents

What do you like best? We use it with a lot of our offsite agents so that we can all work on the same projects and can all counsel around the same topics. In the last couple of weeks when loading the dashboard it pauses at the blank white screen Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure your IT team keeps up on updating! Also, with all knowledge bases, it's only as good as the amount of time you put into it to maintain it and keep it up to date. Recommendations to others considering the product Good knowledge base software. We also use it to share files in it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...
