Good collaboration platform
What do you like best? It gives easy user interface for collaborations and it does not take up a lot of space in your computer. What do you dislike? The features can be improved to allow data sharing and distribution during the collaboration. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not as good as sharepoint
What do you like best? Customizable and offers more options than similar products What do you dislike? Not as easy to use as SharePoint. Great tool but confusing
What do you like best? This is an awesome collaboration tool that can bring the team together What do you dislike? Hard to use and very confusing. There are huge learning curves for new employees Recommendations to others considering the product Host training sessions and create documentation What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for documentations and it's a great place to store things

Sharing the Knowledge
What do you like best? Confluence has a fantastic editor that makes it easy for anyone to create great content. There's also a plethora of add-ons (free and paid to make it stand out ever more or allow for better organisation of that information. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Things I like most about Confluence: various document templates, document version history, clear and straightforward integration with JIRA. Also, I like that I can easily edit pages and format options. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? I like that you can receive emails regarding updates to articles and being able to see an edit history What do you dislike? Confluence -- Great for organizing and getting team insights
What do you like best? I like how you can file your confluence documents under specific sections and make the documents really interactive. What do you dislike? At times, I find navigation between documents and sections to be a bit cumbersome. However, this aspect just takes getting used to, and then the flow makes much more sense. Great tool for collaboration, planning projects, and more
What do you like best? I use Confluence daily for everything from receiving feedback on designs to managing my own to-do list. It's great for collaboration, and viewing and editing documents is easy. Inline comments are a great feature and allow for an easy feedback process, and you can even leave inline comments on images and files.
