The graphics and site design could be a bit more current and “trendy.” What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A pretty decent Information management & Team collabration utility
What do you like best? The way we can organize the information and the complete knowledge repository is pretty good. Here we can manage all the data with ease and in properly organized manner. The searching of any information is quite easy. Other good factor is it's various integrated tools like I can manage a team calendar here, make various add-ons and integrate it with JIra etc which is quite useful for us. What do you dislike? Some of the things which I dislike is its ...

Ideal app to host collaborative documents
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is easy host a large number of documents and our company’s Confluence system hosts more than 500,000 documents. It integrates smoothly with JIRA and you can use macros to refer directly to JIRA issues. Plus, Confluence offers a great WYSIWYG text editor which is much better than Evernote. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I can point out a few drawbacks. There are not enough languages for syntax highlighting. ...

collaboration in one place
What do you like best? I like the concept of confluence by Atlassian as a place where you can go in to collaborate with your coworkers and upload documentation. We are mandated to upload our SOPs there at work. It’s nice to have one common area to go search for documentation and or triage examples. It has become a digital library that we always rely on when we need more information on a product or how to solve an issue. What do you dislike? While I like the concept of confluence, I ...

Great system for project documentation
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are many features I like about Confluence. It smoothly integrates with JIRA and its components to help you create different types of documents. The app offers templates to create tasks reports, retrospective meetings, etc. Plus, you can create and use your own templates. Confluence has the same permission model as JIRA, which allows you to configure access at various levels. Finally, you can embed a JIRA report inside ...
