Great free collab workspace
What do you like best? Conflunace is a great workspace that allows you to keep all your docs in one place. It's easy to set up, navigate and use. It has decent visual tools, interlinking and ability to set up permission for access are a big plus. What do you dislike? It's rather hard to customize pages, and the navigation or set up of it is very confusing at times. More than several times load time was less than ideal. While it's fairly straightforward to use, it does require training ...

Useful but basic
What do you like best? It's relatively easy to navigate and edit pages and it a good resource to keep the entire company on the same page while also segmenting team documents. What do you dislike? It doesn't have all the functionality we need and is pretty rudimentary. It has a pretty good UI and a useful search tool but it's easy for things to be duplicated or lost in the pile of never-ending page creation. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Great platform for Team Collaboration
What do you like best? We recently moved from Livelink to Confluence to store documentation for our project. While Livelink only provided functionality as good as a shared drive plus change tracking history feature, Confluence provides a ton of interactive features for the team such as like what someone has done to appreciate, ask questions on someone's document and discuss right on the website. That's what makes it cool! Everyone in my project is happy with this move. What do you ...

Confluence - Decent Collaboration Tool
What do you like best? Being able to easily create a page quickly and add in information so that it can be broadcast to all members. What do you dislike?
