What do you like best? I like the ability to tag my co-workers and communicate easily with them on this application. What do you dislike? Mainly the issue with getting so many email notifications What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to track client issues on one platform and have many users contribute information for review and notifications

Confluence is a beastt
What do you like best? Confluence can hold lots of information about your company and documentation/procedures What do you dislike? Confluence can become extremely u organized and messy if the users do not stick to a plan. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Confluence has placed all of our documentation and business information in one place for ease of onboarding and relations with chatomers.

Works okay for code documentation but could be better
What do you like best? I like the native integration with JIRA tasks, and being able to structure code blocks in the document itself. You can add lists pretty easily, and they have support for many different language. They have a relatively simple and useful WYSIWYG toolbar for the document editor, which is nice and convenient. Central Tool for sharing knowledge among projects and documents
What do you like best? This is good tool for sharing information among teams. We can share files, MOMs (Minutes of meeting, Design documents, Project mockups, Project plans etc. It is really easy to edit documents and publish them so other teams can view. What do you dislike? It tends to get slow sometimes while loading the page. Also, sometimes it hangs while updates are being saved. Sensational Collaborative Tool
What do you like best? From the set up of a pages to creating the structure of a Confluence space, I have found Confluence to be incredibly easy to use. As part of the Atlassian suite, the integration with Jira is a great added bonus. The control panel makes for quickly formatting the rich text. Great knowledge management system.
What do you like best? It's great for collaborating and sharing information across organizations. What do you dislike? Navigation between pages could be smoother. It works well when you know what you're looking for, but can be difficult to search more broadly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use
What do you like best? Confluence is a very easy-to-use interface that allows both inexperienced web developers to create web pages as well as experienced users the option of using raw HTML code for the features that are not available in the GUI. There are options for others to comment on or "like" your page. The permissions feature of the pages allow you to limit the page on a fairly granular level. What do you dislike? Great centralized team collaboration tool
What do you like best? Ability to to create/edit your own pages/spaces and easily share information with team members What do you dislike? somewhat of a learning curve to use widgets and edit pages What business problems are you solving with the product?
