Connecting w/ Confluence

What do you like best? I love the ability to tag other employees, in addition to suggested articles. What do you dislike? The search feature can be difficult in Confluence when trying to find a specfic page of notes, etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are utilizing for event organization, meeting notes, and best practice sharing.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Confluence is great for beginners, with its templates I can easily create pages. This tool is easy to use, it allows you to create pages and to organize them into spaces, and it provides permissions policy for the content. What do you like best? Confluence has the ability to be deployed either in the cloud or on-prem. We have decided the on-prem solution which is more convenient. What do you dislike? Configuration can be complex if you do not have the relevant knowledge in house. What do you like best? It's an easy, central place for team communication and has great integration if your teams use JIRA. If you get to know the widget options, there are a lot of different variations of pages you can create. What do you dislike?
