Excellent app for documentation

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My favorite part about Confluence are the templates, especially Product Requirements. What do you like best? My favorite part of using confluence is how it easily ties in with other Atlassian tools like Jira. What do you dislike? Nothing in particular that I dislike.
