Good way to compile important documentation
What do you like best? It's an internal system that any team member can visit in order to locate important information regarding how to do their job. What do you dislike? It's not very intuitive on how to organize it or add content. I usually don't like the formats, but I'm pretty limited in how I can customize it. What do you like best? With Atlassian Confluence, we create and share using a rich content editor hosted in a web browser, architecture documents. Excellent app for documentation
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My favorite part about Confluence are the templates, especially Product Requirements. The system allows you to create and customize your own templates if you wish. Plus, the app integrates easily with JIRA which is another plus point. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Collaboration Becomes 2nd Nature
What do you like best? Confluence allows for real time documentation and collaboration for teams of any size. The linkability for users allows for referenced locations, information, documents, etc. to be clickable, searchable and immediately shared. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that Confluence is easy to set-up, use and find what you need. The navigation is straightforward and this makes the whole process of consuming and creating new content simple and easy. What do you like best? My favorite part of using confluence is how it easily ties in with other Atlassian tools like Jira. What do you dislike? Nothing in particular that I dislike.
