Confluence is used to manage the entire workspace
What do you like best? There is a lot that we like about this service. We include your file manager, which we can drag and drop when deciding to share them. Confluence greatly facilitates the search of information through the web, since it allows us to add pages related to our current work, and search based on the results of these pages, or pages attached to them. You can create a fairly open workspace, with which our team can have enough mobility and define their objectives. What do ...

Useful, but often hard to navigate
What do you like best? Confluence is a great way to keep of important information at the fingertips of an entire company. There are many different functions, including useful widgets and ways to format pages to make information easy to find once you've found the page. What do you dislike? The biggest downside of using Confluence is its sub-par search functionalities. You often have to type in the exact name of the page you're looking for to find it, and it can be very frustrating to ...

Perfecto para planificación de proyectos
What do you like best?

The most versatile and almost perfect application on the market.
What do you like best? I like Confluence because it allows me to share all the documentation between departments, letting each of the functions used by each area of the company be customized. For example, allowing access to a read-only document until permission to edit it is granted. It also allows me to store all documentation quickly and safely. I really like the way the interface is designed, leaving it to be able to edit the different functions in order to issue a complete and ...

Works as an efficient collaboration hub for our projects
What do you like best? I like that Confluence from the same company as other great software I use, which allows me to switch to them easily. It's also a good place to store your documentation. I like the general layouts and spacing between various sections in project documents, which make it easy to absord the overall picture of what's going on and what needs to be done. Confluence has simple functionality that's easy to work with. It's almost like working with a standard text document. ...

A big platform to save and share information.
What do you like best? This is a big platform where save and share information with people around your business environment. I'm using daily at work and I think it's so useful to keep important information organizated. The most thing that I like about it's the possibility to save all kind of information and make it public or private for some groups. Also, it goes vinculate with your business mail, so you'll receive notices for any change that happen in your groups. What do you ...

Excellent tool for communication and collaboration
What do you like best? I like the flexibility with Confluence. There really isn't much you can't do, and if you are using the other Atlassian products it meshes really well with those as well. This is a great tool for an intranet as well as a tool for documentation. You could use this tool to run a site that gives information about your company to shareholders. What do you dislike? Because of the flexibility of Confluence that is a little bit of a learning curve that takes place ...
