Great for adding meeting notes and collaborating cross-functionally.

What do you like best? I like that you can create as many sub teams as you want under the pages. What do you dislike? I don't like that when links get moved, it doesn't tell you. It just makes the link unavailable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It creates better dialogue between our team and opens visibility for all team members.

Wiki Easy

What do you like best? How easy it is to build out linked pages making finding and navigating documentation easy and visible. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is TOO easy and you end up with messy stuff from all sorts of people in the organization. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a way to have easy to find documentation on our databases and infrastructure. Putting the information into Confluence meant we could easily ...

Mediocre tool for documentation

What do you like best? Kind of a fine tool to documentation on corporate environment . There are provisions to create lot of pages, categorizing, moving them to different titles accordingly, What do you dislike? No facilities for formatting, no options for customization , no features to resize the images as per our convenience and requirement. No provision to delete the row in a table added already. There are no custom font size other than the styles provided default. ...

The navigation is straightforward and this makes the whole process of consuming and creating new content simple and easy. All you have to do is to navigate your content in a way that supports this tool. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What I don’t like is its slow pace. Great system for project documentation

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are many features I like about Confluence. It smoothly integrates with JIRA and its components to help you create different types of documents. The app offers templates to create tasks reports, retrospective meetings, etc. Plus, you can create and use your own templates. Confluence has the same permission model as JIRA, which allows you to configure access at various levels. Finally, you can embed a JIRA report inside ...

Confluence offers a surprising workspace.

What do you like best? We like it for its high security of information encryption, since when creating a hierarchical list of the pages with which we will work, it can only be seen by the creator and his delegated team. It is also good to focus the search of a specific topic through its rapid search system. With this tool we can even find comments within web pages. What do you dislike? The process of documenting requirements may take a long time. Its integration to Jira contributes ...
