Does just what you need it to do

What do you like best? Confluence is word on steroids in the best way. By far my favorite place to build operations guides, how-to's and link everything the way you need it to. What do you dislike? I haven't yet built a shortcut to get to our confluence area after logging on-- but that's just something I have to do myself. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? After initial hesitation it's been really easy to get other teammmates on ...

Confluence changed our Office Management Style

What do you like best? Flexibility, the capability of videos, links, docs in meeting protocols, Layout and coordination style. What do you dislike? There were quite some down times this year, which we never experienced before. Not sure if it was CAtlassian exclusively or our environment. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you need to manage a team and your organization has no intranet, or if you work with JIRA already, get Confluence, it will change your ...

Perfect for Organization Level Wiki

What do you like best? Confluence has good amount of features which is helpful to any organization. Highlight of confluence is that you can integrate it with other Atlassian products like Jenkins and Bitbucket to make it more effective. Creating document to updating it very easy. You can even add comments and give permission to specific users to read/write the documents. Sometimes I can't seem to find pages via the search feature that is present within Confluence, the search could be refined and the results orded by relevance. Recommendations to others considering the product: It has great integration with JIRA, so you can use these two together ...

Great Tool for Organizational Knowledge Sharing

What do you like best? The best thing I like about Confluence is it's simplicity in creating and writing documents. Maintaining those documents is even much easier. It is very easy to share it and upload files to the respective users. Apart from that, you can even integrate other tools like Jira which will help you in keeping everything at same place. Finding specific page or document is very good. You can even have your own private space to have your own private documents. All in all, ...

Confluence is user friendly and has great features!

What do you like best? Confluence helps to make your documentation look like an online webpage. It has tons of macros and other tools that enable your pages to really stand-out. What do you dislike? It is not as flexible with font and styles as Word, but for the most part it works okay. Not being able to 'high light' material is a big dislike. The limitation of size documents we can import is a huge dislike. Also, not being able to name a page the same makes it hard at times as ...
