What do you like best? Step by step setup when using confluence cloud. What do you like best? Confluence provides great project management tracking tools and allows for easy creation of wikis and documentation. It has amazing collaboration tools which make working across offices easy. What do you dislike? Some of the confluence keyboard shortcuts are required and can be difficult to learn for a new user. What do you like best? The vast no. of plugins available to create diagrams, code snippets, table of contents etc. Also the ability to include child pages. What do you dislike? Some times we lose the formatting for the headings and it gets converted to paragraph. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It's easy to organize information in Confluence. Posting information and then moving it around to the best place to keep things organized is very easy.
