Great alternative to sharepoint
What do you like best? Step by step setup when using confluence cloud. User friendly What do you dislike? cloud is very expensive when compared to the on prem server edition Recommendations to others considering the product: if you can afford this product, it is much easier to setup and maintain than sharepoint What problems are you solving with the product? Confluence makes projects easy
What do you like best? Confluence provides great project management tracking tools and allows for easy creation of wikis and documentation. It has amazing collaboration tools which make working across offices easy. What do you dislike? Some of the confluence keyboard shortcuts are required and can be difficult to learn for a new user. Best document publishing platform
What do you like best? The vast no. of plugins available to create diagrams, code snippets, table of contents etc. Also the ability to include child pages. What do you dislike? Some times we lose the formatting for the headings and it gets converted to paragraph. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To create architecture and workflow documents.

What do you like best? From Knowledge base to project-related documentation tracking it is a great tool which provides easy usage during a project and making updates to knowledge base content is extremely easy. What do you like best? Several templates for meeting notes, troubleshooting, manual, and more What do you dislike? The search engine. It’s really hard to find old pages unless they are tagged. Easy to use and find info!
What do you like best? It's easy to organize information in Confluence. Posting information and then moving it around to the best place to keep things organized is very easy.
