Great for collaboration!
What do you like best? I really enjoy the collaboration part of Confluence. You can all work on a project together, keep the team updated, and finish tasks on time. The UI is also easy and great for anyone. What do you dislike? I really enjoy the software, I don't think there is anything to dislike honestly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finishing projects on time, and even faster than planned some times. It helps a ton ...

Still not sure how to properly search in this tool
What do you like best? I like being able to store all of our necessary information in one spot. It makes it easy to use a repository for all of the core information related to my job. What do you dislike? I don't really get the search functionality. it doesn't seem to work off basic boolean search operators with commas and periods. Sometimes you can spell something exactly and it won't come up in results, but if I pick one word, then the results populates. I just don't get it. ...

Easily implemented, quick to learn
What do you like best? I really like the page grouping options and hierarchical management. This allowed us to create a structure that we could assign access to as needed. What do you dislike? Some of the WYSIWYG components were a little off or did not allow me to create something exactly as I wanted to but there was always an acceptable alternative that was possible to implement and was nearly as effective as what I originally intended. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Not sure if our org uses this correctly
What do you like best? Easy to use and simple to standup pages. The analytics are a plus. What do you dislike? It could just be our org but I feel like we use it almost like permanent email. Very annoying. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just make sure your org has a clear plan when implementing. It's just another place to put things at times. We also use SharePoint and it gets confusing to place things in both places. What problems are you solving with ...

Absolutely phenomenal documentation software
What do you like best? What I really enjoy about Atlassian Confluence is the simplicity and effectiveness of the software. It's a no-nonsense approach to documenting allowing one to focus on developing documentation and allowing to collaborate with others with ease. Setting it up from the administrative side was an ease and deploying it is made incredibly simple. Plus, the 10-user starter license is a steal! What do you dislike? The main deterrent from using it how quickly the cost ...

Good central sharing program
What do you like best? Easy to use and to share contents on pages What do you dislike? The pages can be organized in hierarchical structure. Yet, when you have a lot of pages, it is very difficult to find your wish (although you can search). Recommendations to others considering the product: More convenient than teams, lacks a file storage system (shared files) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing our knowledge ...

Use of Confluence
What do you like best? Our organisation is start up company. Confluence allows us to keep track of all the records and advises us to allocate works accordingly which makes us to work in proper manner. What do you dislike? For the start ups like us the subscription fee is quite high. Hence we would like to suggest Confluence for a comparably lower price than the current price. Other than that everything is fine and we will also recommend this to our partners. Recommendations to ...
