What do you like best? I like the fact that you are able to create several pages in Confluence and create a hierarchy and collapse sections. I like the ability that there is a widget where you can upload content and make this tool the one stop shop for the golden copy. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Confluence as a tool is very helpful in documenting things in general. Obviously it integrates with Jira very well and thus is useful in marking documents along. What do you like best? Its a nice way to organize internal communication though it can be clunky and confusing to navigate. What do you dislike? Sometimes when scrolling pages stick.
