Excellent tool for documentation

What do you like best? Ease of use! Web page like functionality without needing to know anything on layouts, etc. What do you dislike? A bit more customization would be nice, but not a big deal What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Documentation of processes - that's huge. Project summaries are also a big benefit.

Visibility of information

What do you like best? Managing documentation is easier. It has reduced steps for maintaining application development documentation like design documentation. Earlier I had to write a document, save it and than struggle to upload it, whereas now I just need to write and save it. What do you like best? Confluence gives my team a single, central place to store all documentation without having to worry about versioning, ownership, or access privileges. Clarity when people need to get things done

What do you like best? I have tried a multitude of project management software and although some came close none compared to using confluence with Jira. I love how commenting works so well on document and how much it has increased team collaboration in the company. The ability to work off of pre-determined templates was really helpful as it gave me and the team a framework to get started with.
