Works seamlessly with Jira and allows our team to stay on track and store important share documents.
What do you like best? We use Confluence as a database of all our important sharing technical docs and also to integrate into Jira to make lookup of this information easy. It works great. What do you dislike? Sometimes not as intuitive as it should be and relies on permissions too much sometimes. Recommendations to others considering the product If you use Jira and want integration of knowledge sharing this is an easy choice. What business problems are you solving with the product? ...

Confluence use as office Wiki
What do you like best? The best part about Confluence in our working environment is the share-ability and ease of access for all employees to add, edit, and manage company policies and information. This makes accessing documents and information quick and easy for most employees, both remotely and in-office. What do you dislike? Confluence is not as user-friendly as we had hoped. It takes a good bit of time to familiarize yourself with how to create, format, and edit information in a ...

Everything To Keep Your Project Organized
What do you like best? The flexibility to craft your own spaces & pages, makes this platform ideal for companies across a multitude of mediums. At an early stage startup, we were able to use Confluence to maintain transparency across all departments while building our product. What do you dislike? The learning curve of using the platform was definitely difficult for me. I did not have a technology background, and it took a solid week of using the platform to understand the majority of ...

Good experience with Confluence
What do you like best? - Different Macros which allows you to do almost anything that is required at an enterprise level. - It allows you to embed other software's like Microsoft word/excel/PPT, etc. What do you dislike? - it has some limitations with MAC. It is difficult to link the team calendar in MAC Outlook. (Though there is a workaround - Existing text/color choices in Confluence are limited. Confluence as an In-Office Tool
What do you like best? Confluence is basically a wiki that you can create for your business. I have used it a ton by writing my own guides to storing information that can be used between different divisions within a business. I would highly recommend it! What do you dislike? There isn't too much to dislike about it. The only thing I would change is the formatting. Make it more similar to a forum because copy + pasting things can be a pain. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Great for SOP's and product documentation
What do you like best? Integration with other atlassian products, ease of creating pages, moving pages, and creating public and internal documentation/spaces. I also like that you can see who's owning the page and making edits. Very helpful when seeing who added worflows and flow charts to identify with crowd user in your company was making the edut. What do you dislike? Sometimes the search is a little wonky and not as robust. Also, I wish the interface was a bit more customizable, ...

Wiki warehouse for all our FAQs
What do you like best? We used Confluence to house a ton of how-to's and walkthroughs for processes. The search functionality greatly improved in my time using the solution. Adding keywords helped index the data and make the info usable for all parties. What do you dislike? If articles/wikis weren't given appropriate keywords, the search functionality wasn't ideal. When searching for a particular how-to I had used in the past, I couldn't track it down. What business problems are you ...

Great product
What do you like best? I like many features of Confluence. I love that it is user friendly, easy to modify. I like that you can watch pages and set up alerts. I like that you can mark favorite pages. I also like that you can link to other pages. Our company uses that feature a lot. What do you dislike? I dislike the "digest" when it comes to my email. For example, when a page changes I only like to receive those alerts once a week, however, when it comes in via digest form, it is very ...
