Confluence Review
What do you like best? The ability to document information and easily access it and find it later on. Even if there is a lot of content on the Confluence page you can add a Table of Contents to make it easy to find what you need. I like that you can grant access to specific individuals to the page or to exclude people from the page. good tool for templates and info sharing
What do you like best? I use Confluence to create documents from a confluence template and share with others, allowing them to comment, review, and approve. What do you dislike? I've found that the search tool isn't that great What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this tool instead of emailing documents and have solved communication problems because we can all comment on the document in one place

Pretty good content collaboration tool.
What do you like best? User Friendly interface allows for quick site creation. What do you dislike? Looking forward to additional Widgets for Google Drive content that allows for realtime edits of the documents. Recommendations to others considering the product Good tool with potential. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralized Documentation space and collaboration. We additionally leverage this for Executive Summaries.

Good Collaborative documentation
What do you like best? Better documentation portal than G-doc in terms of grouping, versioning, sharing and tracking. Support the easy way of maintaining the Wiki of all functions. Easy-to-use collaboration tool
What do you like best? It's really easy-to-use and pick up, and doesn't require a lot of effort to get going. You can go with an Atlassian hosted solution if you want to get up and running as quickly as possible, or go with an on-premise solution if you want maximum flexibility. It also integrates very well with JIRA and it's multitude of plugins, so there is a lot of flexibility in extending functionality.
