What do you like best? Versioning and history tracking are useful, however, even minor changes that no one cares about get picked up in history. Great shared space!

What do you like best? I enjoy the ability to share information across teams in one central location. What do you dislike? Editing the shared pages needs enhancements. Also, graphs/picture upload needs improvement. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cross-departmental collaboration. Ability to consistently manage multiple projects across multiple teams in multiple locations.

What do you like best? Team collaboration is important, but being able to simply publish content (including graphics using the Glify plugin has been huge for project design and documentation. What do you dislike? while evolving, the functionality for tagging (e.g. hyperlink I find is not intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? documentation, design ideas, and collaboration with the team

Confluence is a great business knowledge base tool

What do you like best? My previous company used confluence for our information technology and development teams. This tool greatly helped us expand our knowledge and kept the teams in sync with each other. What do you dislike? The software could sometimes be confusing to navigate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We now have a central place to store our knowledge articles.

What a Wiki should be.

What do you like best? Easy to create articles. Create PDFs, Word Documents, Share and collaborate with teams. What do you dislike? Honestly, I can't say anything bad about the product.
