Great for project planning and executing

What do you like best? I like that we can link Jira tickets to confluence pages so that all the information I need is available to see in one spot. I like that multiple offices can edit the same document throughout the day and we can all see it as it is happening. What do you dislike? As Effective As You Make It

What do you like best? Confluence has some really great macros built into it that make creating and maintaining usable product documentation a lot easier. For instance, macros that allow for searching within a page and its child pages only are great for helping make our guides usable. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's easy to all work on the same page and see each other's edits. It has lots of templates and can have text, wire frames, requirements, etc. It can also link to jira tickets. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's difficult to navigate. When bringing in outside customers to share pages if they don't use the tools in their own company they get confused.
