Great for project planning and executing
What do you like best? I like that we can link Jira tickets to confluence pages so that all the information I need is available to see in one spot. I like that multiple offices can edit the same document throughout the day and we can all see it as it is happening. What do you dislike? I dislike that sometimes I find it hard to find a particular child page. We name our child pages with the project name at the beginning so often we can't see the full name when the pages are listed on ...

There is no easy way to copy both a page AND it's child pages to a new location. Also, the exporting to PDF or Word features are very basic and buggy - images are often lost in the ...

What do you dislike? Sometimes it's difficult to navigate. When bringing in outside customers to share pages if they don't use the tools in their own company they get confused. It's very easy to get 100 emails about changes in a day, but it takes some looking to remove the notification ...

A wonderful product for Non-profits!
What do you like best? Confluence is a collaboration platform that has amazing integrations into other systems. As a non-profit we receive massive discounts on the platform and apps we use, which allows us to really expand the way we work and do even greater things for less. The flexibility of the system, along with the easy to use interface is a big bonus. What do you dislike? The system can be very big, with thousands of different things you can do. Sometimes this can be ...
