Wiki-Like Documentation at its Finest For You and Your Team

What do you like best? Very friendly user interface that allows you to easily organize your documents/processes under specific parent categories so your able to easily navigate and find what you're looking for. Love the ability to put notifications on your pages that signify when they are a work in progress, completed, or looking for additional feedback. It helps prevent you having to track down the right co-workers and ask them of the documents stage. CCing & commenting stay in the ...

Confluence - Everyday use

What do you like best? When configured properly it's a feature rich system that's easy to use for so many different roles and needs. What do you dislike? Novice administrators can create a mess in the system - making a system that is hard to use for even advanced used users. Recommendations to others considering the product Configuring in a way that makes sense to you and your organization is key. Investing in training for key stakeholders and determining how you use the system ...

Interesting ecosystem but with some flaws in advanced features

What do you like best? easy to use, easy to customise. We can easily create pages with different content, easily re organise content within pages and reorganise pages within a space. What do you dislike? Major features are missing for tables and calculations. It is not possible to do a simple sum with what is being given without having to purchase expensive addons that will increase the loading of the page. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Awesome collaboration tool and built-in software

What do you like best? This is your jack-of-all-trades collaboration tool and content sharing solution. Way better than SharePoint; Confluence allows you to create spreadsheets, Word docs, spreadsheets, even flow diagrams (goodbye Visio and share them with your team. Fast, easy to use, and the best content management solution I've ever used. What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike here. It can be difficult to figure out the parent-sibling file upload relationships--that is ...

A Great Online tool for gathering and sharing information for clients and co-workers

What do you like best? I love all of the different features and styles of information you can gather, link, tag and share with all relevant parties. What do you dislike? I find the editing features a bit awkward and limited. If you are used to using a document software Confluence will frustrate you a bit with its limitations. Recommendations to others considering the product It offers a great way of organizing files, sharing work with co-workers but is a bit limited in its options. ...

Convenient Joint Wiki Space

What do you like best? It's very convenient having a wiki space that is easy to share with other employees and tied to our ticketing system (Jira. What do you dislike? My biggest issue with Confluence is that it doesn't have a nice merge option, if people edit the page at the same time. It warns you, but if the second person saves, it will overwrite the first person's changes. It would be great if it offered some sort of merge system when the second person saved. Recommendations to ...

Good riddance Asana

What do you like best? The ability to easily find the content needed. Additionally, the ability to customize it to your liking. This is important specifically because I found our previous software wasn't conducive to the type of information we were trying to hold. What do you dislike? That I have to scroll to the top of the page to get into edit mode and to save when done editing. Initially I found it was difficult to find the information I needed but once realizing you can customize ...
