What do you like best? Easy to use to build reach definition of your ideas/processes/etc. It's inside your browser, no need to open any other applications, and it has a lot of plug-ins to make your content looks nice and professional. What do you like best? Confluence provides a fantastic way to share information and had the added benefit of connecting directly to Jira. What do you dislike? It can be slow and functions withing confluence related to word processing and formatted are limited. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
