Good program
What do you like best? I like that it's easy to keep notes all in one place. What do you dislike? I wish there were more features offered. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were able to have a central place for all employees to use as a reference for daily tasks.

Effective content management
What do you like best? That it's on the cloud, and that all documents are always accessible. Also the integration with JIRA is sweet. What do you dislike? The process of logging in every time is a little hard on the time What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Team collaboration. This helps in documentation and making sure everyone is on the same page.

Great solution for my company's wiki
What do you like best? It is very easy to use and navigate though the system and easily integrates with active directory, enabling my staff to share data and tag information seamlessly. What do you dislike? This is my first experience supporting a wiki system and it really is quite simple to use. Very easy project management tool
What do you like best? I love the ability to easily add documentation and collaborate with my team. It makes reviewing new releases simple and annotating documents seamless. What do you dislike? I minor point that I dislike is that Confluence defaults on being notified for small edits to documents. I wish there was a way to turn off notifications for certain documents.
