An exercise in efficiency

What do you like best? I love the overall product and its integration with JIRA. However, two main things really tie the knot for me: integration with third parties via widgets, and the composable sidebar. Being able to really customize Confluence with whatever integrations suit a particular page or space, as well as organize that space effectively make using Confluence a no-brainer, and adds to the core value that Atlassian's suite provides. What do you dislike? As with most JIRA ...

Confluence is a great tool!

What do you like best? It's a great tool that helps organize all team projects and ideas. What I like best is that it allows you to import a LucidChart which is great for projects that you are going to build in conjunction with a database. For example, on the project page I always include an ERD to clarify how the database will be outlined. What do you dislike? It does not display Word or Excel files nicely. It will not copy and paste attachments straight from an email Hierarchical ...

Best on the Market

What do you like best? Confluence is the best tool on the market for documentation, hands down. Not only does it provide the best means for organizing and cross-referencing content, but is constantly improving with new releases that are logical progressions in the overall purpose for the product (as it evolves. I've used Confluence for over 3 years now, and have seen the product grow exponentially during that time. Now that version 6.0 recently came out and offered real-time ...

Fantastic tool for everything roadmapping

What do you like best? Ability to store everything in one place with treemap for easy organization. What do you dislike? Some functionality is missing for table creation. Also, calendar app needs to be part of the program, instead of an add-in. Some of the UI could be cleaned up for functionality purposes. Recommendations to others considering the product Just a little more forethought on look and feel. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Easy integration and a welcomed alternative to sharepoint

What do you like best? With Confluence there is the wonderful ability to create any form of page or segment as required based upon the needs of your group or anyone accessing the data uploaded. In addition to allowing them to be visible and configured in any way by anyone who is within the selected group. What do you dislike? There is an issue every now and then where the system places a newly created page within the wrong container. Since it is very easy to do without much effort ...
