Excellent stack, always recommend to my colleagues and friends!
What do you like best? Full stack integration experience and very well documented. Confluence is also very well integrated into the entire Atlassian stack, customization and user control are also very well implemented and easy to use. Atlassian as a company also has been heading to the right direction with their software offerings and updates. Plugins in Confluence can also significantly customize your wiki experience. Confluence - a lifesaver!
What do you like best? We have docs stored all over google docs, we didn't know what belonged to what section. Confluence helped get our training process in place, as well as an in-depth, easy-to-navigate knowledge base for all our agents. Highly recommend! What do you dislike? I have not found anything yet that I don't recommend, but we just started using this last month. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Can be challenging for new users, but overall an effective communication tool.
What do you like best? Once you figure out how to use it, it's a great way for tracking meeting notes and next-step lists. If you've missed a meeting, it's incredibly helpful in catching up. I also like the recommendations that Confluence gives -- I felt well-connected to other committees and groups whose work affected mine indirectly. It's nice to be aware of what other groups are working on. What do you dislike? The steep learning curve was a bit intimidating! It took me a while ...

Great for doing user guides
What do you like best? The fact that it has a simple interface and easy to use. It has good features like adding documents, links, linking text to content from another page, adding images or videos. What do you dislike? As much as I like that is simple sometimes it is TOO plain, there should be more tools regarding placing the images wherever on the page, more color selection for font, adding columns or moving content tables around the page. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Collaborative Document Repository
What do you like best? Confluence is a great place to store and collaborate with your coworkers on documentation. I find that it is a great way to organize documents by project. When working on a particular project all relevant documentation that is created is stored in a project hierarchy and I can collaborate with my coworkers on the documents. What do you dislike? I think the search functionality could use some improvement. It feels like the search sometimes weighs certain factors ...

Great for knowledge sharing!
What do you like best? Confluence is fairly easy to understand, and is a great place to allow for real-time updates and tracking. What do you dislike? Charts don't allow for formulas, which limits what I can use them for, plus, the page tends to slow way down when you put a lot of data on it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our team needs a secure place to house information that is necessary for our team or company. ...

Amazing Project Management Tool
What do you like best? The ease of assigning new tasks to other individuals What do you dislike? There is no notification reminder to finish tasks. At times, tasks are left unfinished because of it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting projects completed which involve several team members. With the more members involved in a project, the more likely there will be holes in communication. However, Confluences helps with ...
