Confluence Wiki
What do you like best? Give permissions to different groups and have individuals within those groups create a hierarchy documentation structure. What do you dislike? If I import documents such as word or pdf it is not as good of quality as the external imported document. Same with exporting the document. Recommendations to others considering the product Definitely a great product. For large organizations, plan out the groups and group owners. What business problems are you solving ...

Easy to setup and syncs with Jira and Hipchat.
What do you like best? I like that it syncs with other systems we already use. Great place to combine decision making and tracking for all groups. What do you dislike? Some of the interface seems outdated and needs updating. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We want a central place for conversation and decision making tracking. All users can have access to information needed.

Great project management tool
What do you like best? I like the ability to see what edits have been made on a specific page and getting real-time emails that someone has edited a page that I've been following/editing myself. What do you dislike? I need more formal training on the software but I feel like the site could look more user-friendly and modern. The look is quite 'older' and traditional for a website. Recommendations to others considering the product Go through a systems training with colleagues ...

Great collaborative software to help develop projects
What do you like best? I found out that Confluence's integration with other platforms such as Hipchat helps a lot when you are working in a project because most of the time you will need to transfer files from one platform to another, so this integration beween them is really useful. Also the wide range of different templates that you can work with is an excellent feature. What do you dislike? Confluence can get quite expensive when you have a whole team using it. I also dislike it's ...

Confluence + Hipchat = smoothest video chat experience
What do you like best? We work on a very large, sprawling campus/ Using Confluence with Hipchat has enabled us to have meetings with departments and team members across campus with the least difficulty/hiccups we've ever experienced. Bottom line: a solid resource, a great option to have, and a really a fantastic integrated video chat platform. What do you dislike? Honestly, the design. This isn't a big deal because the functionality is so good, but for a platform like this I expect a ...

Confluence review
What do you like best? Using it for close to a year now at our company for FAQs we are asked in customer service, I can start typing in a couple keywords and there's at least a 50/50 chance I'll see the answer to that question immediately. What do you dislike? I think the UI could be updated a bit to look a bit more sleek and modern... ie larger fonts, more spacing (think Typeform Recommendations to others considering the product Great internal database to use that keeps on growing. ...
