What do you like best? The best thing about Confluence is it's ease of use and scalability. What do you dislike? One of the few dislikes is the text editor. It's the integrations that make this great

What do you like best? When writing a document, I use a log of macros, sections and other integrations (with JIRA and Gliffy for example to make my documentation happen. I used to have a team in which we used the collaboration features heavily and the inline commenting was great, but I am not using this anymore. The east of use for simple team collaboration and documenting complex issues, is great, too. What do you dislike? Difficult to navigate once documents are authored. I would ...

Document Management Made Easy

What do you like best? What I enjoyed the most was the ability to work on a live document among your teammates in various locations. Confluence enabled us to streamline our process regarding large document creation so that individuals could work on their individual sections and other sections they were privy to. The editing system, though limited in my opinion, operated in a simplistic fashion, which was appreciated. Also appreciated, and utilized, were the comments and privacy settings. ...

Solid way to collaborate and share knowledge

What do you like best? Ease of use. Confluence is a great way for a department to organize and share information with those in our department and outside. And since we already use JIRA it's integration makes it all the easier to use. What do you dislike? Confluence has good editing tools for a page, but if there was a downside I would say page management can be a pain. The user interface is a bit clunky when trying to move a page from one section to another. Recommendations to ...

Very useful team collaboration platform

What do you like best? In my opinion, Concluence is a really easy to use platform that helps me communicate and collaborate efficiently. It has great support, a wide variety of integration with other platforms and one of my favorite features is the ability to see the history of changes on each worksheet, this means that the user is able to see who did the last updates on what the team is working on. What do you dislike? The design and layout of Confluence looks a bit outdates and ...

Excellent Product for Knowledge Sharing

What do you like best? Very low barrier to entry - easy to setup, simple to add documents or pages - great tagging. It's also a great tool to notify colleagues of new articles - simply use @ and type in their username - boom they're notified. Want to add a word document? Simply drag and drop the item into the web page. What do you dislike? Integration with confluence is pretty easy with their API, however integration with certain things (Sharepoint for example requires purchasing an ...

Iterative enough to build your own process hub.

What do you like best? Like: - how flexible the tool is in terms of ways to display information and hierarchy building. - its interactivity - comments can be used for both text and lots of other types of content. - color-coding and pre-determined formatting on a page - saves you time. What do you dislike? Dislike: - sometimes when pasting a table or a chart plug in into the document, it can get funky and look a bit off, so you'll spend time correcting it. What business ...
