Effective Document Sharing
What do you like best? It's easy to collaborate on documents and store them for future reference. What do you dislike? The user interface could certainly use a refresh. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's been a great place to store information online and saved us from passing around paper documents.

Great way to build a knowledge base
What do you like best? This is a great way to communicate across teams, and to build a long lasting knowledge database that can be used for learning/sharing. What do you dislike? The learning curve on this product can be a bit steep, but the positive of that is that it allows for many different features. Recommendations to others considering the product Like I said, the learning curve really is steep, but once you spend time getting familiar with the interface it is not an issue. ...

Confluence is great for an IT knowledgebase!
What do you like best? Confluence from an IT standpoint on getting the message across to users is fantastic. There are great tools on creating a knowledge base for your users. Also the user management from an admin point of view is also brilliant, I couldn't have wished for a better system where that is concerned. What do you dislike? Nothing so far, all the features are there and there is also additional plugins which you can add or pay for. There really isn't a limit in what we can ...

Confluence Review
What do you like best? Makes it easy to collaborate and track comments in addition to the progress of particular requests. The ability to attach support and add watchers as necessary is also a plus. What do you dislike? The UI is a bit simple, however I think that also allows it to be very easy to use for all levels of background. I have found other competitors to have a more updated UI but not the efficient functionality. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Great Way To Share Information Across Teams
What do you like best? Confluence for the most part is very easy to use and offers quite a few add-ons (Gliphy, Markdown, etc to help further enhance content. What do you dislike? It is not always clear to which parent a child page will show up, which has led to some interesting relations. Also the default color palette for text isn't very large. It would also be nice if documents could be worked on simultaneously by multiple users. What business problems are you solving with the ...

Get things done
What do you like best? The tool is easy to use and manage. I started using Confluence recently, and I had "fear of new software". Learning new tool especially if it is not related to career directly is last thing I need. I would rather spend my time where it is worth it. But confluence was easy to use and navigate. I do not remember going through formal training process, which is achievement in its self. We call it wiki internally, because that is what it really is. What do you ...

Confluence has Easy to use interface that makes our Knowledge base clear and sharp
What do you like best? I like easy navigation, draft and live options, the possibility to export files. What do you dislike? Export does not always work well, especially with Word. Also using look and feel to prepare it for PDF export is very confusing and not well explained. I would prefer more text design options when creating a new page. Recommendations to others considering the product Usage is easy and clear. Use their documentation and support for everything that you need. ...
