What do you like best? Our support team uses confluence to put together technical product documentation that my team is able to access easily. Since we do best practice and strategy having access to the more technical documentation and common solutions is very important so that we can provide the best answers ourselves. What do you dislike? Great for discovery, mediocre experience creating

What do you like best? The best part of Confluence is, when you are mindful of your information architecture, a great way to share information - HowTos, Process, Project Updates, etc. The way the wiki is setup makes it prime for Discovery. What do you like best? Having all of our documentation all in one central location really helps the team function more efficiently. We're not duplicating work anymore, and can get to important things whenever we need. What do you dislike? Some of the editing tools are lacking. It doesn't take formatting well from a Word document.
