Work Collaboration

What do you like best? I really like the layout of confluence. Every department can have their own space to publish documents that are relevant to their teams. When used properly an entire organization/company can collaborate and improve. What do you dislike? I have found that it can be a challenge at times to find useful information. This is manily due to the execution of the user and not confluence. People can post random or not relevant documents and creates challenges when trying ...

Documentation Powerhouse

What do you like best? I love all the integrations with Atlassian products What do you dislike? Hate/Love how little customization you can do to the layout -but it keeps it clean. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My devs collaborate across 3 or 4 tools, Confluence keeps stories and versions in one place.

Confluence

What do you like best? Easy to customize, easy to navigate and a tool I use throughout the day, every work day. What do you dislike? It can be an abyss of information but ultimately that is up to the company/client to manage and refine. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Confluence as a source of information for our business, kind of like an internal wiki application. Anything you need to know can be looked up, it's great.
