Confluence is the home where requirements turns to delivery

What do you like best? Excellent way to organize the documents/ wire-frames/links to sub-classification of additional features What do you dislike? Can be made little easy with UI options for the non-technical folks. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Technical documents, RFP's, Reporting and many other monitoring.

Useful for centralized, broad communication

What do you like best? Familiar format; it's a wiki that can be edited by any team member. What do you dislike? Most of the time it gets out of date. There's definitely room to innovate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to communicate to a broad team. Acts as a central source of truth.

A great project management tool!

What do you like best? Confluence is an excellent tool to keep track of searchable documents and communicate effectively in regards to those documents. It is almost like a virtual huddle room, which makes collaborating a much easier task and improves work efficiency throughout your team. Solid Wiki with JIRA integration

What do you like best? In a word: Widgets. Connect to Jira data. I also like the ease of creation and editing. What do you dislike? The formatting and colorization options could be better. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great platform for communication to a company/group audience.

What do you like best? What I liked best was creating technical documents for audience to view. What do you dislike? What I disliked was figuring things out on how to create and manage multiple pages. Recommendations to others considering the product I would definitely use Confluence as a mean to create technical documents. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Ease of use Visibility control for the wiki pages for collaborating within a small group What do you dislike? Moving pages to a different folder is sometimes painful What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Real-time shared documentation - a must for collaborative, high achieving teams

What do you like best? The WYSIWIG document layout and the text formatting controls mean creating online documentation is a simple as using a word processor, coupled with the ease of publishing mean that documentation can be done as part of the task or activity What do you dislike?
