Its Ok
What do you like best? Web-based interface makes it easy to access from most any device, if needed. What do you dislike? Easy to forget to unlock a document so that others can make changes if needed. Recommendations to others considering the product it is good for what it does. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Useful for collaboration and preserving documentation.

Easy and Powerful Wiki on the market
What do you like best? 1. Option to host privately or in a cloud 2. Powerful permissions control 3. Page and file versioning 4. High availability and reliability when hosted in the cloud What do you dislike? 1. Confluence is not as powerful wiki as a Wikipedia. Amazing software
What do you like best? It's very simple to use. The GUI is very user-friendly. Also the diagram feature is very nice: I think it's one of the best I have ever used. What do you dislike? It's a bit difficult to understand which permission as an user on a page Recommendations to others considering the product Use it!! What business problems are you solving with the product? Absolutely Loving the product. Has made life easy
What do you like best? Collaboration on documents within large team is easy. Easily manageable spaces and ease of formating makes confluence a top choice. Seamless collaboration between confluence and JIRA is a added advantage. Its very easy to map requirements on confluence with JIRA tickets. What do you dislike? Not really anything. Colaboration at its best
What do you like best? Creating and make real-time edits right away while also maintaining a knowledge base, pages subscription What do you dislike? Semi-complex interface, integration with 3rd party plugins could be better What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Confluence templates make it easy for beginners to quickly get the hang of creating pages. *Really simple to use *Can create all pages that you want and organize in spaces. *Permissions policy for all content. *Integration with JIRA and Hipchat.
