Great for Organization and a "One-Stop" Resource Center
What do you like best? My department, as well as other departments in the company, can find valuable information regarding certain processes through Confluence. What do you dislike? The formatting of spreadsheets is not always "fitted". What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? How certain processes work, information about SLA and a Guide on how to complete a process from start to finish.

Internal Collaboration Tool
What do you like best? I like that openness of the site and the ability for anyone to edit pages (wiki style. I also like how user friendly the tool is to non-IT folks and the integration with other Atlassian systems like Jira. What do you dislike? I wish there were a bit more configuration options for creating / editing content. It's also unclear as to how tools like this fit into our broader corporate collaboration strategy with other tools, notably Microsoft SharePoint. What ...

A good tool for corporate wiki
What do you like best? I like that you can have all the information directly at your fingertips, and it's very easy to navigate as well. What do you dislike? Sometimes Atlassian can be a little aggressive with their marketing e-mails -- even though I'm using multiple tools. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this tool to store all of our information across departments. It's a handy resource when people need to see the ...

Easy to use. Easy to organize. Easy to collaborate!
What do you like best? The ability to collaborate across departments to get a campaign in order using wikis and shared calendars. What do you dislike? The actual look and feel of it is very bland. It could use a visual update to look more modern. Recommendations to others considering the product It would have been nice to do have a formal training of it to make sure I had the necessary skills to use it as best I can, so make sure to get that during implementation. Also, Shared ...

Wikipedia for your company
What do you like best? The UI is clean and easy to follow. The site structure/navigation makes it simple to find what you're looking for. I like the ability to tag users directly in comments, or the content. Easy to see who last made changes. I like the comment functionality as well. What do you dislike? I don't love the landing page when you first go to a space. Maybe this is customizable and I just don't know about it. Just seems like there could be something more, or maybe something ...

Its a great tool to share info within team! Knowledge Base and good team collobration.
What do you like best? Watchers feature is great, it helps to keep everyone up to date. I am also impressed by the calendar feature which can be used as a planning tool and subscribed to by members of a team. It also integrates to the active directory. For technical or administrative roles, upgrading to a newer version is a breeze What do you dislike? The layout could be more user friendly!! The email updates are great - when a page changes which you watch you get an email saying that ...

Confluence is a great resource to train the entire company
What do you like best? I like confluence for the creation of every process the company has. If someone is out of the office one day and a teammate needs help, they can look to confluence to find all the answers. Having confluence in place allows training and ramp up time to come way down. The faster we are able to ramp our employees the more efficient and effective we become. What do you dislike? Getting everyone to buy in and fully adopt confluence as the centralized location for ...

Confluence is useful, powerful, perhaps too powerful for many.
What do you like best? I liked the huge feature list and many extensions available. What do you dislike? I didn't find the interface particularly engaging or easy to use especially for smaller projects Recommendations to others considering the product I would recommend companies with sufficient data, to try to utilize Confluence. I think our company was too small to really get usefulness out of the software What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...
