Confluence is a great program.
What do you like best? Confluence makes the process easy and productive. What do you dislike? There was nothing I disliked about Confluence. Recommendations to others considering the product Confluence is a great tool to get work done within a company. What business problems are you solving with the product? My Favorite Central Repository
What do you like best? I can only comment about my use of Confluence in relation with Jira. When the notes say that Confluence and JIRA are like bacon and eggs; coffee and cake; Simon and Garfunkel. They mean it. I completely agree that separately, they're great, but together, they're amazing! Nice product for organizing wiki and team information
What do you like best? Clean look and feel of the pages. It is pretty easy to add content. What do you dislike? The ability to format your document is pretty limited unless you are adept at HTML. It is not very intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralizing team information in a format the team can ingest. We used confluence to provide a front page to our decentralized content.

Great system for data repository and organziation
What do you like best? The system does a great job of cataloging data, providing a method of sorting types of data and finding a variety of documents quickly. What do you dislike? When a lot of users are creating pages, spaces, content etc and the naming conventions are standardized it can be overwhelming when you search. Confluence - My Best Worst Friend
What do you like best? We use it all the time for development projects. Invaluable tool for content creation and documentation. What do you dislike? The application needs an overhaul from a UX standpoint. Recommendations to others considering the product YES! What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Nice centralized location to store known issues. What do you dislike? Not always the easiest to navigate to find solutions. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When there's a known issue with my companies software it is a centralized place to store issues.
