Old school software, yet easy and helpful to use

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to edit content. I find that some software makes every little process harder so their software seems "cutting edge". Although Confluence's layout is common, it's classic and everything is easily accessible. I find I am comfortable using it on a daily basis as opposed to other kinds of CMS'. What do you dislike?
