Collaboration for the Masses
What do you like best? Ease of use, search that functions well, dashboards that present relevant information quickly. What do you dislike? The application can get a bit spendy if you need several templates or other plugins to get your workflow dialed in for your individual needs. If you can make-do with some of the built-in features or even have staff on hand that can create custom workflows, you will save a lot in the end.
